Rocky Smurf is a fanfictional character created by Smurf Mania for entertainment. Rocky appears to have a negative attitude to many situations, and is unwilling to co-operate with most of the other smurfs, especially Hefty, whom he despises as an enemy of Brainy.
Rocky Smurf can be identified by the scar on his cheek and his black, striking hair. In some epsiodes like "The Great Smurf Brigade" he is seem to be wearing khaki and carries a gun on his back. Later in the story, Hefty would use it-on him!
Rocky has a very moody personality. He has stated that he likes most smurfs equally, however it is clear that he hates Hefty Smurf, who is usually the one that threatens Brainy and Rocky steps in. In the episode "Brainy's pal" Brainy is giving his wisdom about society when Hefty approaches him menacingly says, "Oh smurf off brainy!" which leads Rocky to shout, "Hey Hefty! Smurf on someone your own size!" Hefty shortly after looked around, became embarrassed and left, cursing Rocky. Another time, after the Khurfs had destroyed the Smurf village and were living in tents, Brainy began to preach about defence. Hefty marched up to Brainy and said "If you don't be quiet, I'll give you something to smurf about!" Rocky then climbs out of his tent and spins Hefty round, saying, "Keep picking on him if you want to be smurfed." Hefty apologises to Brainy and then leaves for his own tent.
Rocky hates it when the other Smurfs make fun of Brainy and he is the one that usually sticks up for him. In the Cartoon Cup, the Smurf were playing the Care Bears and losing 1-0 after Brainy gave away a penalty. Hefty was shouting at him and giving him a peace of his mind when Rocky intervened, shoving Hefty aside and helping Brainy up. Brainy went on to score his own penalty and helped the Smurfs win 4-2 and lift the cup.
Rocky was one of the few smurfs along with Hefty, Handy, Vanity, Grouchy, Brainy and Papa Smurf who served in the Smurf Royal Army.
