Changes: The Witch Doctor

The witch doctor was a character appeared in Smurfs episode "Jungle Jitterbugs”. He was a witch doctor of a jungle tribe. In the episode, the tribe’s village was in drought as there was no rain for days and the lake had dried out. He tried several times to solve the drought with his potions, but it was no use. One day, he was finding solution for the drought, he found some Smurfs(Smurfette, Brainy Smurf, Clumsy Smurf and Jokey Smurf) and caught them for the solution of drought. He decide to present them to the rain god by using a catapult. But before he sent the Smurfs, Vanity Smurf arrived with the jitterbugs sickness. The dance of Vanity caused by the jitterbugs sickness had lead to raining. But jitterbugs was a sickness had no cure so that Vanity kept on dacing. The sky was keep on raining and the lake was going to flood. The villagers of the tribes had tried many ways to stop Vanity so that the sky will not rain. But no one could stop him. Luckily, a cheetah appeared and followed Vanity. It spilt a pot of the witch doctor’s potion when Vanity jumped into it to avoid attack from it. When Vanity came out from the pot, he was not dancing anymore as the witch doctor’s potion had accidentally cured the jitterbugs. However the tribe chief wanted Vanity to be the new witch doctor as he cured the drought, but Vanity refused and told the chief that the Witch doctor’s potion cured the jitterbugs. Finally the chief let the currently witch doctor to continue his job.
