The Penguin was a character seen in the Season 9 episode "No Reflection On Vanity". The penguin doesn't really have a name; rather Brainy calls him the "glasses stealer" since he accidentally took Brainy's glasses. The Penguin saved Baby Smurf when he fell into the ocean.
