Rob Paulsen (born March 11, 1956) is an American voice actor who played Yakko Warner on Animaniacs and Pinky on Pinky and the Brain and Raphael on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. His voice work in the Smurfs cartoon work was mostly in the area of additional voices. He did provide the voice of Marco Smurf in one episode.
