Panicky Smurf (French name Schtroumpf Froussard) is a Smurf character that was stated to appear in the 2011 Smurfs movie, and even given a voice actor, but for the most part is only mentioned by Gutsy Smurf in dialogue, and appears as a cameo during the final battle scene with Gargamel. However, he does appear in merchandise sold by McDonald's.
He is mentioned in the Smurfs DS game, which states he sounds an alarm when Gargamel arrives. This could have been his intended role in the film.
