Jonathan Harshman Winters III (November 11, 1925 - April 11, 2013) was an American comedian and actor who was responsible for the voice of Grandpa Smurf in the Smurfs cartoon show. He was the voice actor of Papa Smurf in the 2011 Smurfs movie and reprised the role in the upcoming sequel.

On April 11, 2013, Jonathan died from natural causes at age 87.
