Gargapuri was a character that appeared in the Smurfs cartoon show season 9 episode ‘Curried Smurfs’. He was a cheat that disguise animals to pretend they were special animals and sold them to Rajah, the king of India. But he always fail and sent away by Rajah. In the episode, he caught Brainy Smurf, Greedy Smurf and Smurfette and presented them to Rajah. Rajah trusted him as the Smurfs were real creatures. However, Rajah gave fake gold for him as the reward. He was very angry and went back the Rajah’s palace. He got back the Smurfs as he was dissatisfied at Rajah.
